In addition to continuous consulting from the first potential analysis to the fine conception of complex processes, the permanent acquisition of outsourced business areas is our core business. Our customers include medium-sized companies, corporations and contracting entities. In order to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Raunheim, we are looking for a motivated and flexible staff member/ recruiter (m/w/d) in full time to carry out the recruiting activities and personnel disposition.

Execution of all Recruiting Activities for our Production and Logistics Plants and for Time Work New customer acquisition for the time work as well as care and development of existing customers Disposition of personnel into the respective fields of application Creation of offers, profiles and employee transfer contracts Care of the applicant database in soft guards and care of a talent pool Efficient communication with employees, internal departments, stakeholders and customers

Commercial training, studies (e.g. personnel management) or relevant professional experience in recruiting, also cross-entry possible Enthusiasm for finding talents and a good sense for people Structured and result-oriented operation Communication strength and a convincing appearance Experience with recruiting tools (e.g. soft-garden/recruitee) High durability and good adaptability
