The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for our kita at Miag-Park in Ober-Ramstadt Participation from the beginning! In our 2-group kita with a partially open concept, 24 children in the U3 area are supervised according to participatory approach. We take the children into decisions according to age - when choosing offers, care situations and meals. We attach great importance to a trusting educational partnership. Supported communication (UK) is an integral part of our everyday life and promotes both language acquisition and integration of children. Our garden offers a variety of possibilities to create a development-promoting environment, with an adventure pool, a mud corner and sun-protected outdoor areas.

How your day looks like • You actively shape and reflect educational and learning processes within our partially open concept. • You shape the Kita everyday and its rituals, bring your own pedagogical note (“footprint”) and continuously develop the participative thoughts. • For targeted promotion of toddlers taking into account individual interests and living conditions, you use the use of UK (assisted communication) and Marte Meo. • You work independently and at the same time you have the opportunity to exchange ideas and work together for children and caregivers. • Together with your team, which is characterized by love for the profession, you actively participate in the concept review and shape a kita that creates space for children.

We offer you • An indefinite contract with a job share of 40-100% and attractive working hours Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 15:30. • A transparent service planning that responds to your personal wishes if possible. • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E7/E8 (47.700€– 65.900€ Full-time/year - according to experience and qualification - incl.
