What awaits you in your everyday life: • A setup that allows growth: 11 treatment rooms, two dedicated surgical/implantology rooms and four prophylaxis rooms – designed for scaling, not for standstill • Fully digitized practice: DVT, OPG, intraoral X-ray, intraoral scanner, CEREC/Chairside milling, 3D printing, magnifying glasses as standard and paperless processes with charly by solutio • Own practical laboratory with four dental technicians:inside – short paths, high quality and fast implementation even in complex supplies • Implant freedom: established systems (champions, camlog, straumann) and the ability to develop your focus actively

Your tasks • Responsibility for the implantological and oral surgery – from routine extraction to complex augmentative procedures • Active design and scaling of the surgical focus – with a clear focus on case numbers, quality and economic development • Independent control and optimization of treatment processes, utilization and efficiency in the surgical field • Close, performance-oriented cooperation with prophylaxis, prosthetics, administration and our in-house laboratory – for fast, high-quality and economically sensible supplies • leadership, development and promotion of the team – with the aim of building a powerful surgical environment • Co-responsibility for key figures, sales development and results of the location • Active contribution to the development of the patient strain and positioning of the location in the area of surgery / implantology • Direct participation in economic success in a clearly structured partnership – with real upside with corresponding performance

Your profile • German Approbation as a Dentist:in • Multiannual clinical experience in implantology and/or oral surgery – ideally with safe routine even in more complex cases (specialist titles of advantage, but no need) • Very high quality requirements in diagnostics, planning and implementation as well as a sovereign handling of demanding patient cases • Entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to take responsibility for one's own area and to develop actively • Self-employed, structured and decision-making – combined with real team orientation • Quality, efficiency and continuous professional development • Interest in long-term perspective with participation – instead of short-term stations • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing for safe patient communication
