These challenges come to you: Employer Branding: Conception and implementation of various communication measures to strengthen Employer Brand

Conception, creation and further development of social media content for the platforms LinkedIn and Instagram

Ensuring the brand guidelines and adapting graphics to channel-specific formats

Creation and implementation of merchandise and print media

Working with other projects, such as promoting our corporate culture or supporting our Alumni program

Recruiting: Accompanying the operational candidate management and in particular communication with applicants

Organisation and implementation of recruiting events in Stuttgart and surrounding universities

Screening of application documents and preselection of candidates

The activity can begin from summer semester 2026.

Studies in one of the following courses (preferably from the third semester) or a comparable qualification in the fields: Marketing and Communication, Brand Management, Audiovisual Media, Media Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a comparable discipline Communication strength, initiative and sense of responsibility Experience in the creation and production of graphics and means of communication in online and print areas Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator A good feeling for colors, typography and visual language Interest and affinity in the topics Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Secure handling of Microsoft Office Tools (especially Power Point, Excel, Teams and Outlook) Creativity and fun to introduce your own ideas Team skills and fun working in the team Please note that we work in a hybrid working model. Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
