Building Technician in Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

For our location in Dortmund (City), we are looking for you as a home technician in the technical building management (m/w/d).

You operate and monitor the building facilities and ensure a well-maintained appearance of buildings and outdoor facilities. You control maintenance and maintenance work, carry out smaller repairs yourself and eliminate disturbances. You take over classic housekeeping and housekeeping activities in office objects as well as care on the outdoor area. You document your work, test technical equipment and provide object data in the system (e.g. DOMUS). You are a contact person (m/w/d) for tenants and users and supports communication and service. You take part in the willingness to call and, if necessary, also jump into other locations in the region.

You have a completed training preferably as an electrician/electrotechist or in heating, sanitary, ventilation/air conditioning technology and brings several years of experience in maintenance, inspection, repair and commissioning of building equipment. You work independently, organized and reliable, are flexible, team-ready and service-oriented. You have cross-disciplinary knowledge, know the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines, and proceed in a structured manner. You are competent, friendly and communicative. You own a license class B. You have secure computer skills (MS Office, Outlook) and ideally experience with MSR technology or GLT.
