Lead IT Consultant (m/f/d)

You carry out technical, technical, methodological and organizational tasks in consulting projects with our customers in Germany and Austria. You act as a cutting point between specialist and IT.

Together with the project team and in close cooperation with the customer, you will advance projects – in strategy-finding, process design, business and IT architecture or project management.

You accompany change processes in projects and organizations, for example in the Agile Transformation.

You are a key contributor to company growth - you are acquiring independent follow-up projects and supporting the acquisition of new customers.

You run project teams of up to 15 people and are Sparring partners for team members.

With your innovative ideas, Xenium develops as an enterprise and employer.

You have studied in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Geoinformatics, Physics, Mathematics or the like.

You have relevant professional experience in IT consulting and leadership roles as an architect:in or project manager:in IT projects.

Your strengths are listening, empathy, sovereignty and authenticity.

Questions about digitalization will inspire you and you have the will to solve this creatively and with a view over the rim of the plate.

You think analytically and conceptually and are clear and precise in your answers.

You can communicate safely in German and English and you are happy to be on site with your project team in 1-2 days a week (project assignments possible throughout the DACH area).
