Your tasks: Relationship building and relationship care to our customers

Advice and full support of customers

Active acceptance of vehicles and implementation of dialogue

Ensuring competent advice from customers through knowledge in the field of vehicle system sizes and connectivity services

Implementation of cost agreements with the respective cost providers

Coordination of enlargement

Advertising processing

Creation of repair orders

Coordination of workshop utilisation, order volumes and appointment

Conduct of test drives

Implementation of vehicle returns

Creation of vehicle diagnostics, determination of the sizes of customer service and repair work

Complete technical vocational training

Master examination of the motor vehicle, certified service consultant (w/m/d) or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in service support desirable

Safe appearance, joy of contact and communication with our customers and the ability to find solutions

Team skills and joy in dealing with people

High performance and flexibility
