Institute Controller (m/f/d)

Be part of an open-minded team and develop control tools at the institute with your expertise. You provide an overview of the institution's financial resources to ensure proper and predictive planning. Your tasks Planning, coordination and control of business, commercial and administrative controlling tasks Analysis and evaluation of planning-relevant data such as staff, material, investment, transfers and performance calculation Examination and implementation of financing opportunities for internal projects and third-party projects Recognizing the ongoing commercial and business risks and deriving alternatives Distribution and monitoring of resources with a view to optimising cost development in the course of the year and subsequent years Development and optimization of effective, targeted and transparent control systems for the institute Coordination and monitoring of the application of large-scale investment procedures for planned audit bodies

completed university studies (Bachelor/FH-Diplom) of the business administration, for example with a focus on controlling or alternatively equivalent specialist knowledge and detectable relevant professional experience practical experience in the application of methods and procedures in the control department Knowledge of compilation of calculations/financial planning Knowledge of planning and control processes/models Experience in the application of financial databases, such as SAP good application knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Remuneration takes place depending on the qualification and task transfer up to 10 TVöD Bund.
