Responsibility for logistical key figures and concerns in communication with internal and external customers Strategic production planning in cooperation with the associated customer segments, taking into account the capital and timing commitments and material management to ensure availability and delivery Coordination and coordination of demand changes and communication of demand plans Implementation of new processes and implementation of process management analyses, optimizations and documentation of specific processes Escalation management with the preparation of escalation scenarios, creating reports and proactive pushing of information to the relevant departments as a central contact point for problems of internal and external customers Responsibility for carrying out capacity analyses (4M, Red-Table) freedom of action and design along the entire logistic chain with the superior aim of the timely delivery of our customers Discipline and professional leadership

Successfully completed technical or economic studies or comparable practical experience Long-standing experience in production planning and logistics management Management experience Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and relationships Experience with product launch, serial introduction and displacement of processes Experiences in cooperation with locations and customers in Germany and abroad Willingness to occasionally travel in Germany and abroad Openness for changes Strong communication at different organisational levels Solution-oriented, powerful team player with analytical thinking Enthusiasm - both yourself and the team Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good SAP knowledge and experience in handling ERP systems
