Your challenges Support our (inter) national customers Collection and maintenance of master data in our goods management system Processing of order inputs taking into account customer specifications and appointments Supporting our quality department in complaints Creation

They ideally have first professional experience in customer service You have very good language skills (German and English) You have experience in handling ERP systems (SAP) and have a routine in dealing with current MS Office applications They place particular emphasis on teamwork, cooperation with other areas and respectful interactions They keep a cool head – even if it sometimes gets hectic and tasks need to be done spontaneously and quickly They work independently, reliably and structured
