You take responsibility for the Nuremberg branch in the Health Care area – with entrepreneurial scope and clear responsibility for earnings. This is not about administration, but about development: Building and developing market You gain new clinic customers, build sustainable partnerships and develop the Nuremberg site strategically Team Leader and Strengthen You guide your team clearly and legally, give orientation and develop employees in a targeted manner Business management You will keep in mind numbers, utilisation and development and meet decisions that will make your location successful in the long term In short, you shape, take responsibility and see what your work does.

You convince us with your personality and this knowledge and experience: Multiannual experience in staff services Sales experience in the B2B environment – ideally in healthcare leadership experience and the ability to take people Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense of opportunities and priorities And at least as important: You want to move things forward – and not just manage them.
