The enrolled office is to be occupied in the order management and controlling department. In this department, our services ensure the economic success and quality of offers, orders and (EU-)projects. In addition to providing the central personnel and order control, we continuously develop processes in the DLR project promoter. Be part of our dynamic team in offering management and award service. In this role, you accompany and tax award procedures as part of an offer team and offer processes. You will receive the free space to introduce your own ideas and actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our acquisition processes. Through your versatile range of tasks, you make a significant contribution to the construction and development of our “Deployment Service” advisory unit. With the implementation of efficient processes and innovative communication measures, you sustainably support our strategic goals. Your tasks You work closely with the legal support and advise the departments as well as the management in the daily business. In an advisory capacity, you support internal customers in the procurement of services and goods for contracting entities and always have a look at the regulations of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). The day-to-day business includes legal advice and evaluation of tenders in the upper / lower threshold range (European and national procurement law) from the perspectives of the client and the tenderer, as well as the examination of the contracts and related documents. In the order acquisition, you take the legal examination of the award documents as well as the contract drafts and, together with the team, ensure the quality of the offers to be submitted. In the procurement for third parties, you advise the departments and take on, among other things, the initial advice on defining the type of award and the procedure, established award documents and ensure the quality and compliance of the relevant procurement law or take over the legal examination of individual topics. You ensure the quality of work and contribute to the analysis, development, implementation and success control of quality-assured award standards and improvement of the award service.
