Communication Designer Audio & Video (m/f/d)

You advise and support international departments as well as group companies in audio and video requests and accompany film requests both organizational and content. In close coordination with Communication Business Partners and Experts, you implement audio and video productions for internal and external communication platforms (taking and cutting) and ensure that the content is targeted and strategic. You support planning, an in-house film and photo studio. You also take care of the maintenance and maintenance of the film equipment, including inventory management. In close coordination with internal and external partners, you tax service providers and agencies. In addition, you coordinate the provision of image and film material as well as the structured archiving of video content. You are planning, realizing and preparing live events, shows and podcasts technically. You take tasks in the direction. With a view to efficient processes, you are responsible for uploading and maintaining video content in the Digital Asset Management System. In addition, you will take care of the creation, procurement and processing of media recordings as well as media issues.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of communication design, media design or media production or have a comparable training, e.g. as a media designer (m/w/d) image and sound. You have several years of professional experience in the communications or media industry with a focus on media design. You can control camera technology and control safely and work routined with editing programs like DaVinci Resolve as well as streaming platforms. You also have experience in working with external service providers such as agencies, videographers or freelancers and in their control. You convince with creativity, passion for design and a high quality and aesthetic standards. In addition, you are characterized by coordination strength and a structured, independent way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and readiness to travel complete your profile.
