For Vienna, we are looking for an Area Manager (m/w/d), who is not only on the move with passion in sales, but also willing to take the next step - with responsibility for a small team and the clear goal of further strengthening our brands in the market. In this role, you are both active in the field of external services in your own area as well as responsible for leadership for two employees: women who support their own sales regions. You co-ordinate, motivate and develop your team and stay close to happening on site. Your tasks in detail: You take the operational responsibility for your sales area and actively engage existing professional partners:inside You are building your customer base strategically and gaining new partners: within our strong brands such as Olaplex, Maria Nila, Urban Alchemy, O&M and many more You are the first person and mentor:in for your small team in the field - from motivation to feedback to further development You plan, tax and analyze sales and target achievement in your region together with your team You regularly carry out training and product training at our hairdresser partners: both through and ensure sustainable enthusiasm You work closely with our education and marketing team to ensure a high utilisation of our education events You support your team in the recovery of users:inside for our B2B online shop New Flag Pro and are an expert:in for its application You’ll be watching market trends, forward feedback from the region to the headquarters and actively shape the success of our brands

Found sales experience, ideally related to the beauty or premium brand world A strong sales talent and the ability to attract others with enthusiasm First leadership experience or the clear desire to take more responsibility and lead a small team A high degree of self-organisation, self-responsibility and a hand-on mentality Communication strength, empathy and the ability to build long-term relationships A safe, sympathetic appearance - both in the customer and in the team
