Developing our international business, working closely with our business partners and developing new potentials Control and support of our international locations – personally, committed and regularly also on site Ensuring that the branches of our business partners meet the brand and international standards of NEW YORKER Support for sales-promoting goods presentation, regular analysis of the design of sales areas and optimizations Active work on the implementation of our Visual-Merchandising strategy, implementation of process improvements and personal contribution to the achievement of goals Planning, coordination and accompaniment for new Filial openings – from conception to successful implementation Creating and unifying the organizational instructions, guidelines and training documents for the international teams of our business partners Coaching of employees in the branches with regard to the implementation of our VM standards – practical and motivating Analysis of market trends, competitors and products and use the findings to further develop our presentation and sales strategies

Complete training as a designer for visual marketing or detectable experience in sales-promoting store design Multiannual professional experience as Visual Merchandiser* or in sales-promoting function in (textile) retail Affinity for the fashion industry and creativity and sense of trends Planning and organizational talent To prioritise decision-making power, enforcement strength and ability Travel readiness / flexibility Team skills and hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are advantageous Nobody is perfect!
