Project management / project management of major projects (e.g. educational, functional buildings, medical facilities) Co-responsibility in the development and construction of a sustainable location Structure and leadership of your own team, also possible in the shared management model Strategic advice and development of concepts and solutions for project realization Take responsibility for tendering and awarding of planning and execution services Contract and risk management of end-critical construction projects

Successfully completed studies of engineering (parts of civil engineering, construction management, architecture) and economic understanding Willingness to take responsibility in demanding customer projects Multiannual professional experience as an engineer, architectin, civil engineerin or building managerin in construction projects (e.g. as project managerin, project engineerin, project taxerin or comparable) Professional handling of MS Office incl. MS Project Knowledge of HOAI, VOB Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C1)
