Imagine an exciting and varied activity as a production aider in diving painting (m/w/d)! In this role you are an essential part of the team that ensures that metal parts are coated in perfection. You bring your craftsmanship, soar for smooth processes and contribute to excellence in production. Your work is an important key to the quality and satisfaction of our customers!

• You are responsible for preparing, performing and controlling the coating of different metal parts in the dip coating.
• You check the quality of the coated parts and make sure that the high standards are met.
• You support colleagues in general activities and optimize processes together.
• You keep production areas clean and ready for use.

We are looking for

You want to become part of a dedicated team and have the following qualifications that are essential for an activity as a production worker (m/w/d):

• You have first experiences in a production environment or are motivated to work into this activity (0–3 years experience).
• You are ready to work in the layer model and can be used flexibly.
• You have good knowledge of German to accurately implement work instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
• You are reliable, careful and always take care of an accurate way of working.
