As part of our energy and infrastructure law team and the interdisciplinary PwC network, you accompany our clients strategically, legally, fiscally and economically in the planning and implementation of their complex infrastructure projects. Support them together with your team to meet the current challenges of the energy and transport transition and implement measures to resolve the investment and refurbishment situation and adapt to new regulatory requirements. For our Legal Business Unit, we are looking for you as a senior lawyer for specialist planning (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Expertise – As an experienced lawyer: your area of responsibility includes consulting on all issues of environmental and planning law. In particular, you accompany project promoters and approval authorities in demanding authorisation procedures for infrastructure projects in the fields of energy and transport. Interdisciplinarity – You work in a dynamic team of lawyers:inside and as a legal advisor, you communicate with the legal and technical representatives:inside and service providers of clients. With the targeted use of technologies and project management capabilities, you create additional added value in the projects. Mandant contact - You stand our diverse clients as competent:r and trustworthy:r interlocutor: also on site. You proactively develop the order portfolio. Leadership - The internal and external management of large infrastructure projects is familiar to you. You are responsible for the strategic management of complex mandates and take over the professional leadership in the team and promote the development of junior consultants.

That's what you bring You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. You have at least five years of experience in the right of planning, ideally with knowledge in these areas and have first leadership experience. You have an excellent understanding of technical and business relationships, a very good analytical ability and excellent communication skills that enable you to present complex facts precisely and intelligibly. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
