We are the internal IT service provider of the ARD, i.e. all ARD radio stations, Deutschlandradio and DW under the leadership of rbb and provide central IT services at the locations in the Landesrundfunkanstalten and at Deutschlandradio. As a place of work, Munich is preferred, but a different place of work at one of our IVZ locations in Cologne, Leipzig, Potsdam or Hamburg is also possible at one of the Landesrundfunkanstalten. DECEMBER 2030 INFORMATION CENTRAL RATES (IVC) As part of the SAP system support, we are looking for you as a responsible and dedicated consultantin and developer in the field of SAP-HCM.

Analysis, conception, implementation and support: You take over the technical and technical support of our SAP HCM applications – from payroll to the time economy. Customizing and development: You conduct customizing in the relevant HCM modules and develop ABAP programs, reports and interfaces. Solution-oriented advice: You are in active exchange with the departments, analyse requirements and develop practical and sustainable solutions proposals. Project work and further development: You introduce your expertise in IVZ projects, especially as part of the transformation to SAP H4S4.

completed studies (e.g. business informatics, computer science) or comparable qualification in the IT field with long-term professional experience and: well-founded knowledge of SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP OO) and customizing HCM modules (including PA, PT, OM, PY), Experience with SAP HCM under S/4HANA / H4S4 or migration there, high communication joy in dealing with users, ability to translate and implement technical requirements into technical solutions; very good German knowledge (min. C1).
