In the field of quality management, we ensure this premium claim every day with a global, globally connected team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of the digital services around the theme of Mercedes Benz connect. This includes the Mercedes Benz app, but also features in the infotainment system such as music streaming and gaming. Quality assurance begins in the early development phase of a service to the final release before 'live circuit' for our customers. It is a concern for us to introduce customer vision already at the early stage of development and to support developers in designing the user journey. To ensure the functionality of new products, we use various test strategies and methods. Even after the transfer of new services to our customers, we measure the quality with innovative analytics and monitoring tools. With us, you have the chance to contribute to the design of processes and test strategies to ensure the quality of digital services. You experience short development cycles and get to know the dependencies between software and hardware in the vehicle, mobile network and backend infrastructure. In addition, you have the option to check the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicles, which are not yet available before customer, for heart and kidneys. Your team tasks include: Participation in the verification of vehicle prototypes and reporting on maturity

Functional testing e.g. remote access to vehicle functions, EV-specific functions, Online Music and Gaming

Support in defining quality criteria for digital services

Quality measurements and evaluation of customer sensors with our analytic tools

Support and support in carrying out usability/UX surveys

The activity can take place from February 2026.

Course in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration with IT focus or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

A safe handling of MS Office, mobile apps (iOS/Android), first experiences with agile development methods and usability/concept studies is desirable.

Self-employment, teamability and analytical thinking
