IT Application Consultant - SAP Authorization (m/f/d)

At GEA in Oelde we develop and manufacture state-of-the-art centrifuges and separation technologies on an 85,000 m2 production site. Our solutions – including separators, decanters and complete system solutions – enable efficient separation of liquids and solids and support a wide range of industries worldwide.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Application Consultant – SAP Authorization (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which completely supervises, develops and acts as a competent contact person for specialist areas and audits.

SAP permissions Design, implementation and further development of SAP permission concepts (rolling and user management) Implementation and evaluation of SoD analyses including derivation and implementation of measures Advising the areas of competence requirements and role design Error analysis and correction of permission problems (2nd/3rd level support) Cooperation in projects (e.g. S/4HANA Transformation, Role Concepts, Migrations) Maintaining authorization documentation and ensuring audit compliance Continuous optimization and standardization of authorization processes and tools SAP Audit Support in preparing and supporting internal and external SAP audits performing selected control activities (e.g. user access reviews, critical permissions) Follow-up of audit finding and support in the implementation of measures

studies in the field of computer science, business information, business management or comparable; alternatively relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in the field of SAP permissions; first touch points in the SAP audit Funded knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (PFCG, role building, user administration) Experience with SoD checks and ideally SAP GRC or comparable IAM tools Basic understanding of compliance and audit requirements Structured, detailed and documentative working Good communication skills for coordination with disciplines, IT and audit Very good knowledge of German and English
