For our Department of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, we are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (full time) The interdisciplinary field of physical and rehabilitation medicine offers a wide range of treatments in the fields of physiotherapy, physical therapy, ergotherapy, logopedia and in the outpatient and acute hospital care as well as in the outpatient and stationary geriatric rehabilitation.

Head and organisation of the department of 35 employees Coordination and planning of therapy areas and ensuring treatment quality Development and implementation of treatment concepts and quality standards Care and guidance of the therapeutic team and promotion of professional development Cooperation with doctors, nursing staff and other departments for optimal patient care Administrative tasks such as personnel deployment planning, budget management and documentation

Graduate in physiotherapy (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in physical therapy, ideally with leadership responsibility leadership skills, organisational skills and team skills High expertise, commitment and responsibility Communication strength and joy in team collaboration readiness for further development and innovation in the field of therapy
