Organization of missions: Administration of booking sports Building a central booking process for our technicians & salesmen Booking of flights, toll, hotels & rental cars Management of the company cars: Arrangements for cleaning, maintenance, inspection & tyre change Regular driver control Visa management: Apply & Check Visa Processing of order confirmations: Control & order confirmations missing Digitization: scanning of invoices, delivery notes & order confirmations Central & Reception: Support of the telephone center visitor management (description of the visitor board, reception, preparation of the visitor rooms) Processing of input and output mail and house distribution Office material output Marketing support: Creating PowerPoint Presentations Contact person for the marketing agency

Completed commercial training Very good MS Office knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English Self-employed & structured work Organizational skills & team skills
