PCA / PTA for Pharmacy Software Conversion Support (m/f/d)

Advice with passion: You advise new and existing customers by telephone competently and empirically around our goods management systems. In doing so, you can use your expertise as a PTA/PKA and explain complex content in a comprehensible and practical way New customers in the focus: You plan and accompany the on-boarding of our new customers intensively – from new education to instruction to schooling. Your goal is a safe and well-structured start with our software Relationship management: You build a trusted relationship with our new customers and set the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction Support for existing customers: You support our existing customers in the transition to new software solutions and ensure that You are as easy and secure as possible. Teamwork: You actively contribute to the joint development of competence, share your knowledge in the team and help to continuously develop our consulting quality.

Technical background: successfully completed pharmaceutical or commercial training (e.g. PTA, PKA) or comparable practical experience Software knowledge: You have comprehensive knowledge in the ADG A3000 and/or S3000 Communication strength & team spirit: You have a strong communication talent, are happy to work in the team and are friendly and binding Quality & service orientation: You place great value on quality, work carefully and bring a strong service awareness Ready to learn: You are motivated to develop yourself professionally, open to new things and enjoy learning
