There young adults with intensive support need will find their home-goods reachable and yet only a few minutes walk to the green.

So your day looks like • In the dynamic WG everyday of the primary young clients, you will arrange a reliable daily routine with pedagogical skills. • As a reference manager, you help extraordinary people to build a personal aid network, implement individual participation planning and promote the strengths of residents • You take time for real relationship work - whether in life-structural areas, in social-emotional development or in leisure activities • In addition to the focus in educational care, you also take care of the basic care of our residents (support for moving, showering, etc.) • For the best possible support, you work closely with the team, relatives, legal advisors and our experts

We wish you • A completed training/study for educators, nurses, specialist for psychiatric care, social education, pedagogue (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • Ideally, you already have first experience in working with people with mental or mental impairment • Responsible documentation, commitment, empathy and fun in team work • Valuable communication and consensus
