Up-to-date verification of order requirements and triggering of orders from suppliers in compliance with the MRP parameters (Los quantities, safety stocks, delivery times, MOQs, etc) and requirements Periodic creation of KPI dashboards and reports in purchasing (DOH, Inventory values/Aging, Ranges, etc.); Coordination of the purchasing team in order to achieve the purchasing goals (KPIs) Continuous optimization of the MRP parameters for all product groups and automation of the ordering processes Uniform distribution of the task load in the team across all product groups (resource planning) Implementation of complaints with suppliers in cooperation with QK, production and technology, as well as qualification and further development of existing and potential suppliers and service providers in Germany and abroad Participation in location-related shopping projects in cooperation with Corporate Procurement (coordination of cost-cutting and efficiency projects at the site) Further development of the team at the location (optimizing multi-site workshops, MRP processes)

Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar qualification At least four years of relevant professional experience in indirect purchasing of a medium-sized company You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications (very good Excel knowledge desirable) and ideally have good user knowledge in SAP / GIB SW Experiences with the optimization and maintenance of the MRP parameters in SAP / DCO GIB or other ERP systems Flowing German and English skills complete your profile, other languages are advantageous Excellent negotiating skills, enforcement strength and self-confident appearance independent work and a pronounced quality and cost awareness Analytical and structured in stress situations A high level of team capacity, flexibility and commitment
