Sales Coach (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further training of our phone sellers and perform “Trainings-on-the-job” with them. You are the first respondent for operational sales. You analyze the phone calls of our seller and give them constructive feedback. You design and produce audio and video sequences in our studio, which are used as internal training material. You regularly exchange with our sales manager to our sellers and make your evaluations available to him. Optionally, you will also support our customers in their sales challenges.

You have collected at least 2 years of experience as a sales coach. You will also bring at least 2 years of experience in operational sales. You bring well-founded knowledge of didactic principles and their application to the practical communication of sales knowledge. You have experiences in designing and performing trainings, workshops or coachings. You have a strong communication and presentation capability You work independently, structured and result-oriented It is easy for you to motivate and inspire a team and can also easily convey complex learning content.
