Then we offer you an exciting task in which you actively shape the working world of tomorrow as a coach and communication professional. As a consultant, you are not simply a mediator - you are an interpreter, strategist, mediator and diplomatic fire extinguisher in one. You help the works council to organize yourself internally, to communicate clearly with the management and to act safely in the process.

DISCLOSURE From specialist Chinese it becomes clear: you make perspectives from paragraphs. Complex labour law or operational topics are translated into clear, understandable and practical language. You explain not only what, but above all why - and so make sure that works councils can make informed decisions without having to bring legal knowledge. Lotse in everyday co-determination: You stand works council bodies as coach and savings partner: in the side - strategic, empathy and with a clear view for the whole. Whether in daily work, in web clarification or in difficult negotiations: You strengthen the effectiveness of the bodies without taking their own responsibility. You can also be present at operating meetings on request - visible as an impulse generator: in or inconspicuous in the background as an advisory voice. Bridge builder:in between the worlds: Together with works councils, you develop constructive communication strategies for dialogue with the employer's side - at eye level, solution-oriented and respectful. You will also sensitize management to the importance of a functioning co-determination culture and build bridges where trenches are often suspected. You also strengthen the link between the works council and the workforce and promote a lively, participation-oriented representation of interests. Early warning system with fingertip feeling: You recognize tensions early - often before they are pronounced - and accompany the participants through challenging situations. Whether in tight sessions, hardened negotiations or if the radio is already louder than the official communication: you moderate quietly, solution-oriented and with a clear focus on understanding. Your goal is to defuse conflicts before escalating - and to maintain or restore confidence in cooperation.

DEIN PROFIL Multiannual experience in works council work - ideally as an external consultant:in legal background and sound know-how in the field of labour law Very good knowledge of the right of establishment (BetrVG) and a safe handling of labour law issues Embossed communication and moderation competence, in particular in complex or conflict-affected situations High social sensitivity, empathy and a good sense of group dynamics and interpersonal processes The ability to take different perspectives and to communicate between employees and employers' logics Joy of solution-oriented work in the tension between co-determination and everyday life A completed study in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social education, labour law) is advantageous
