Project Manager Service & Technology (m/w/d)

Our customer is a world-leading technology group in the fields of plant engineering, hydropower and drive technology and is one of the most important family businesses in Europe.

For the Heidenheim site, we are looking for a project manager Service & Technik (m/w/d) to support Rail & Marine.

You are responsible for managing demanding service projects in the Rail & Marine area - across the brand and internationally - at the customer company. In close cooperation with sales and customers of the operation, you support the marketing of technical services and contribute to project and business development. You actively contribute to the further development of project management standards, tools and processes in the context of the customer. As a central interface, you coordinate internal specialist departments as well as external partners, service companies and end customers. You agree on technical, economic and timely requirements in the sense of smooth project implementation. In addition, you will accompany contract and specification checks, clarify interfaces and support in negotiations. You monitor the project development using defined KPIs - for example in terms of quality, budget, dates, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. In the event of discrepancies, you analyse the causes and develop appropriate measures together with the parties.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of economic engineering or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in project management - ideally in the technical or industrial environment - is of advantage. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. The handling of MS Office and SAP is familiar to you. Local international service trips (approx. 10%) are welcome for you. Personally, you are characterized by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation and communication strength.
