Our dedicated team is working proactively to identify potential risks and take appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and smooth running of business processes: General responsibility for the development, implementation and further development of the Group's security strategy Ensuring and further developing safety standards, access and object protection concepts as well as establishing emergency and crisis management including Implementation of measures Advising the management and departments in all safety-relevant issues Construction and maintenance of an international security network within the company Implementation of risk analyses and derivation of appropriate measures Planning and implementation of security projects and continuous optimization of existing processes

You have a degree in security management, crisis management or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional and leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international retail environment You look back on intercultural experiences through foreign assignments in your previous sphere of activity You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of corporate security, crisis management, change and project management as well as work security You have experience in analyzing, evaluating and developing security concepts You convince with high enforcement and decision-making and a solution-oriented mindset You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
