The role at a glance As a SAP SD Process Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on Supply Chain & Sales, you actively shape the further development of our SAP landscape and optimise DENK PHARMA's sales and logistics processes sustainably. You are the central link between our specialist departments and external partners and you are instrumental in ensuring that our SAP S/4HANA introduction is successful smoothly. With your hands-on mentality and deep process understanding, you will ensure the efficiency and scalability of our internal processes – and thus the operational foundation of our growth.

How to make your contribution with us:

Process Consulting Process Optimization: Analyze existing logistics and sales processes in the SAP SD environment and develop targeted optimization measures in SAP S/4HANA to make our processes more efficient, transparent and sustainable Solution Concept: Develop practical process concepts together with the disciplines and introduce your expertise to anchor sustainable improvements in the SD environment Enquiry Processing: Process complex specialist department enquiries competently in second-level support and implement solutions in close coordination with our external consulting partner – and delivers fast, reliable results for all stakeholders

Interface ManagementProject control: Control the introduction of new SAP processes as a central interface between departments and external service providers – from the cost estimation to testing to the final training of users Stakeholder Communication: Actively coordinate the exchange between internal teams and external partners, so that requirements are clearly communicated and solutions are implemented in a targeted manner Requirement management: capture, prioritize and document professional requirements systematically so that development and consulting capacities are optimally used

Cross-Module cooperation: Work closely with the SAP Key User Team and bring your SD expertise across modules so that interfaces to adjacent areas such as MM, FI or WM work smoothly Knowledge Transfer: Accompanying training and workshops for colleagues from the departments to promote a deep understanding of the process throughout the company

Application ResponsibilityApplication support: actively contribute to the introduction of further SAP applications and override their processual responsibility to ensure a consistent and forward-looking system landscape Further development: Observe relevant SAP developments and market trends and thereby deliver concrete recommendations for action for DENK PHARMA so that we are always well positioned technologically

Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies – ideally focusing on BWL, economic engineering or business informatics – or completed commercial training with relevant further qualification Professional experience: You have collected at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales, logistics or supply chain and know the typical challenges of this domain from practice SAP expert: You can safely move to Key User level in the SAP module SD and bring multi-year, hands-on experience in the care and development of SD processes with S/4HANA knowledge: Ideally, you have already gained first or deeper experience with SAP S/4HANA and know what migration or reimplementation means in practice Working: A reliable, structured and solution-oriented hands-on mentality is of course for you – you pack tasks pragmatically and do not lose sight of the whole Team spirit: You bring true enthusiasm for cross-departmental cooperation and understand how to constructively combine different interests and perspectives Communication: You convince both German and English – both written and oral – and you can easily prepare complex SAP content for different target groups. AI Mintset: You are interested in the use of AI-supported tools for process analysis and automation in the SAP environment and are delighted to try out new technologies – for example for intelligent workflows, predictive analytics in the supply chain or automated documentation – and make their potential usable for DENK PHARMA.
