As a medical technology engineer, you are the key to the successful equipment of new buildings with the most modern, functional technology. You ensure that all systems meet the highest quality and safety standards. You work closely with the hospital management, architects and specialist planners to define the requirements for medical devices. You create detailed requirements profiles, contribute to the integration of medical technology into the building structure and monitor the progress of construction. You also coordinate the installation of the medical technology systems by external specialist companies and are the central contact person in the contractor's representation for smooth communication and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders. You are also responsible for professional commissioning, perform functional tests and create necessary documentation with regard to the normative and legal requirements.

Completed study of medical technology or a comparable appropriate discipline Long-standing professional experience in medical technology Knowledge of relevant standards Experience in project management Ideal experience with PKMS and construction cost management systems Good knowledge of German and English
