As a deputy foreman (m/w/d) in our production facility, you are a key player in the production of our products in the absence of your leadership. In detail, you will take over the following tasks: The organization and implementation of production, the creation of shift and holiday plans and the documentation of different processes in representation for your foreman (m/w/d) Compliance with the guidelines on occupational safety, quality assurance, GMP, exipact, environmental protection and participation in the training of your employees Driving and monitoring our production facilities (including bagging) Reporting of disturbances and deviations as well as independent execution (smaller) of necessary repairs

You would like to become part of our team in the long term and take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of your shift. To do this, bring the following profile: You have a completed vocational training (preferably as a chemical agent (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification) and a further education as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) You have relevant practical experience as well as (at best) first leadership experience You work independently, carefully and responsibly You have good knowledge in the field of GMP, SAP PP-PI/PM as well as SAP MM basic knowledge (alternatively you have good skills in working with software and want to work into it)
