Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Conception and documentation (e.g. trainer guides) of NEW YORKER specific training measures on the topics leadership, soft skills and personal skills Implementation of training measures in online and/or presence formats Evaluation and continuous development of development measures Moderation of individual workshop formats Individual advice and coaching of executives and employees on the above topics Conception and implementation of potential analyses and assessments Training of internal experts on training design and methodology/didacy (Train the Trainer) Participation in the strategic HR projects (e.g. the further development of leadership culture)

Multiannual professional experience as an internal or external trainer in industrial and commercial companies on the topics of leadership, soft skills and personal skills Study of social sciences or economics or continuing training in personnel management Ideally an additional training for (systemic) coach Comprehensive expertise in the development of training and learning concepts Knowledge of acquisition diagnostic procedures and project management Excellent moderation and presentation skills Self-responsible and solution-oriented operation and organisational capacity Safe and confident appearance in dealing with different hierarchical levels Team skills, communication strength and hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English Nobody is perfect!
