Its aim is to ensure the smooth running of staff systems together with colleagues. This includes the administration, care and continuous development of HR systems, in particular Interflex, ADP Paisy and ADP Travel. You support the HR department in the efficient use of the systems and help solve technical issues to ensure optimal system usage. You perform fault analyses in the area of HR systems and take proactive measures to resolve systemic problems and ensure trouble-free operation. In close cooperation with other departments, you contribute to the harmonisation and standardization of HR processes to ensure uniform and efficient use of systems across different platforms. You drive forward the further development and digitization of the HR processes in order to achieve efficiency gains through innovative solutions and to make optimal use of the systems. You initiate and accompany projects for process optimization, greater system adaptations and the implementation of new software solutions to continuously improve the HR system landscape and meet the needs of the departments.

Complete studies or comparable training in the field of computer science, business informatics, human resources management, business management or similar qualifications. At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field, ideally focusing on HR-IT and project management. Knowledge and practical experience in handling the HR system Interflex (by Allegion). Intensive experience in project management. Ideally, first experiences with other HR systems such as ADP Paisy, ADP Travel or the HR Suite of GuideCom. Very good communication skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues. Structured, independent operation and high problem solution orientation. Teamability and ability to work both independently and in close cooperation with other departments.
