Its aim is to ensure the smooth running of staff systems together with colleagues. This includes the administration, care and continuous development of HR systems, in particular Interflex, ADP Paisy and ADP Travel. You support the HR department in the efficient use of the systems and help solve technical issues to ensure optimal system usage. You perform fault analyses in the area of HR systems and take proactive measures to resolve systemic problems and ensure trouble-free operation. In close cooperation with other departments, you contribute to the harmonisation and standardization of HR processes to ensure uniform and efficient use of systems across different platforms. You drive forward the further development and digitization of the HR processes in order to achieve efficiency gains through innovative solutions and to make optimal use of the systems.
