Your duties

Care and advice of employees and managers in all personal questions Control and support of the entire recruiting process – from job alerts to onboarding Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other personal documents Maintenance and management of digital personal files in Personio Care and maintenance of the time recording system ZEUS X Own implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting with DATEV LODAS Working with HR projects and optimising internal personnel processes Ensuring compliance with labour law and operational requirements Team and employee orientation

Successfully completed commercial training or studies with a focus on human resources, business management or comparable qualifications Professional experience desirable Knowledge of labour, social security and labour tax law Experience in dealing with Personio, ZEUS X and DATEV LODAS Safe handling of MS Office applications Structured, independent and reliable operation High discretion, communication strength and service orientation Team skills and organizational skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
