Team leader for a new inpatient youth welfare facility (m/f/d)

You take over the team's professional leadership and promote an appreciation, reliable and development-oriented cooperation You coordinate and organize the pedagogical processes in the group and ensure the quality of work. You are a contact person for your team, assist staff professionally and support their further development. You are responsible for the service and deployment planning as well as the co-design of reliable structures in everyday life. You work closely with youth offices, parents, schools, therapists:inside and other professionals. You are introducing yourself into help plan processes, reporting and documentation and respecting professional standards. If necessary, you also take on educational tasks in the group service and keep in mind the everyday life of the young people.

A completed training or study in the field of education, e.g. as a social pedagogue:in, social worker:in, educator:in, medical education:in or with comparable qualifications. Professional experience in child and youth assistance, ideally in the stationary area. First leadership experience or the willingness to grow into a lead roll. Communication strength, organizational talent and the ability to act in challenging situations structured and solution-oriented. An esteeming attitude, team spirit and joy in accompanying young people and employees.
