In the CL/A - Start-up Factory & Product Engineering division, you are part of the team that is responsible for the worldwide vehicle launches. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of vehicle projects at Mercedes-Benz! As a working student, you are actively working on the innovative suspension and EE projects of our Cars platforms, which are in various exciting project phases – from digital backup to hardware development to series production. This gives you unique insights into the continuous optimization of the assembly processes and the cross-sectional process standardization. Experience how digital buildability safeguards and start-up processes revolutionize series production. Your work is perfectly rounded off by cross-departmental cooperation with experts from assembly, development, production planning, quality management and logistics. These challenges include: Coordination of the overall control circuit suspension & EE and support of the management Monitoring of technical and temporal progress and taking action in the event of deviations Preparation and cooperation in workshops and implementation projects Own-responsible preparation of the internal technical status quo and derivation of optimization potentials (including competitive analyses) Preparation of decision documents for management Protection of product changes with digital tools and sample components in cubing or fixing vehicles Accompanying our vehicles during assembly in the start-up factory or during production tests in series environment Digital analysis of components and systems with respect to standard designability Creation and presentation of project documents for documentation and decision-making Coordination and contact management for international works and partners Working with the current daily business Contribution to the improvement of procedures, processes and tools

Degree course in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
