We are looking for motivated production staff (m/w/d) for our raw board production, which helps us to produce high-quality products. In this role, you are an indispensable part of our team and contribute to the production processes running smoothly and efficiently.

• You are responsible for the production and processing of blanks.
• You make sure that the production machines are properly operated and monitored.
• You carry out quality controls and have an eye for details.
• You are ready to carry out smaller maintenance work on machines.
• You work closely with your team to achieve production goals.
• You care for a safe and proper workplace.

We are looking for

We are looking for people with passion. While previous knowledge is advantageous, it is not absolutely necessary – we place great emphasis on your willingness to learn and your team spirit.

• You have ideally first experience in production (0–3 years), but also motivated cross-comers are welcome.
• You are physically resilient and enjoy practical activities.
• You have basic technical understanding and you like to learn new things.
• You work independently, reliably and carefully.
• You are flexible and ready to work in layers.
• You bring good knowledge of German in word and writing.
