The range of the technical project management eDrive (electrical drivetrain) in Sindelfingen is responsible for the series development of the electric drivetrain (eDrive: battery, electric motor, inverter, DC/DC converter) of future electric cars (EVs) from the entire system to series maturity in the context of the product production process. Our daily work in project management involves finding solutions to give our products the necessary degree of maturity. We offer interesting and varied activities and unique insights into the product development process of the new generation of the EV family. In addition to the role of 'Project Leader Development', we are responsible for validating the electric drivetrain in the field of quality & series support. As part of eDrive testing, we ensure that new vehicles meet the high requirements of our future customers. Your contribution to success in our team: Cooperation in the project team and communication with adjacent areas Organisation and moderation of technical, cross-departmental development bodies as well as cross-functional bodies (Agenda, thematic finding/tuning with the responsible, protocol, etc.) Creation and preparation of decision bases and recommendations for action for higher management Support in the control of measures up to the issue of RD release before market launch Ensuring inter-departmental processes Ensuring the optimal deployment planning of prototypes and development vehicles, including independent crossings Control and coordination of vehicle conversions and parts procurement Participation in the preparation of summer and winter testing
