Compilation of correspondence related to terminations, seizures, final accounts or receivables Monitoring and maintenance of deadlines Application for dunning and enforcement decisions Calculation of user compensation, sales tax corrections etc. Correspondence with authorities, e.g. local courts or residents reporting offices Processing of insolvency proceedings and communication with insolvency administrators Other administrative tasks (e.g. input mail, emails, archiving) Support for team-wide special tasks & projects Support of the team leader in reporting and other tasks

Successfully completed commercial training First professional experience, preferably in the field of dunning / receivable management Experience in financial and leasing business desirable Very good German and good English skills You have very good office skills (in particular Excel, PowerPoint) You have a good understanding of figures and a good understanding of complex facts Reliability, accuracy and positive basic adjustment Open, communicative being and binding, friendly appearance to customers and colleagues Structured, independent working and solution-oriented thinking and action
