Responsibility: You are responsible for the management of the field of protection and control technology. The area of responsibility includes all systems in protection and control technology.

Growth: Your teams secure the operation and develop projects in the new building as well as in the refurbishments of small projects to large projects - in order to implement the energy transition in Frankfurt with a triple of performance in the next few years.

Design: You design, coordinate and prioritize the tasks and challenges with other organizational units and customers.

Leadership: They lead and promote four teams with over 30 employees, develop them further and make them fit for the future. Further development: With your employees, you develop new standards in technology and project management that help us master the challenges of the energy transition.

Technical FH / BA degree or comparable

Professional experience in planning, construction and project management of power grid projects

Management experience in professional and (ideally) disciplinary leadership of employees

Expressed analytical and strategic thinking

Consistent decision making and argumentative persuasion
