Project developer for building construction projects in educational construction

As a project tax: you are responsible for large and future-oriented projects such as the planning of a comprehensive restructuring of the central campus at the Berliner Tor. On behalf of the Authority for Science, Research, Equality and Districts (BWFGB), the central campus is to be redesigned and the spatial capacities are significantly increased by new buildings. After project preparation was carried out on a multi-project level (total area approx. 98,000 m2 of BGF) and a first individual project (approximately 13,000 m2 of BGF), further individual projects are to be prepared on the campus. You are responsible for: Together with several team colleagues:inside you take over the project management in project preparation and planning according to the AHO 9 until the final draft. They develop large and forward-looking projects for science, research and teaching with an investment volume of 30 million. EUR. They collect and structure user needs up to the installation of the demand planning. They communicate with all participants during the project (in particular client, future users, authorities and internal project teams). They analyze, evaluate and control the planning with regard to quality and quantity. They make costs and appointments and continue to write them. Within the framework of public procurement procedures, you will participate in the development of external planning teams.
