Planning, control and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (“Sales” and “Customer Insights Journey”) as a central platform for client, sales and relationship management processes Definition and implementation of an international rollout strategy and a scalable operating model Analysis and optimization of existing business processes along the customer journey Responsibility for the introduction and establishment of standardized CRM processes and governance structures in international RÖDL companies Building and further development of a global CRM template including data model, role and authorization concepts as well as governance guidelines Control of country rollouts including fit-to-standard workshops, localization requirements, change management support and go-live support Ensuring the integration of the CRM system with adjacent platforms (MDM, DMS, ERP) Coordination of cooperation between business, departments, IT, international national companies and external implementation partners Responsibility for project planning, budget, risks and reporting to program management and management Conception and implementation of training, enablement and communication measures for sustainable user adoption in cooperation with the change management team and external partners

Successfully completed studies or comparable vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. (economic) informatics, economics) Multiannual, relevant professional experience in managing international transformation or CRM projects Funded knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable CRM platforms and their introduction to international organisations Experience in building and rolling out global templates, standards and governance models Good understanding of end-to-end business processes in the areas of sales, client management, business development and customer relationship management Experience in managing international stakeholders and external implementation partners Impressive consulting and communication strength as well as safe, convincing and high-through appearance up to management level High self-initiative and pronounced hand-on mentality combined with strong team orientation and high implementation strength Experience with classic and agile project management methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready for occasional international missions
