As Senior Technology Consultant (m/w/x) you will be part of our Research & Innovation Team at Gütersloh. You identify new technological trends, evaluate their potential and accompany their implementation. Your know-how drives strategic decisions and ensures that Arvato is always at the heart of time! Technology Scouting & Evaluation: You identify and analyze relevant technologies and trends, support the development of a technology radar, and ensure the company's future viability through market and competition monitoring Consultancy & Strategy: Through clear and convincing reports as well as presentations with sound technological recommendations, you advise management at strategic level Implementation: The responsibility for the planning and management of the implementation of new technical solutions lies in your hands - as well as ensuring their seamless integration into existing systems and processes Knowledge transfer: You promote knowledge transfer through training and workshops to introduce new technologies and are actively involved in the design of further education programs. Network & Partnerships: The establishment and maintenance of relationships with technology partners, suppliers and industry experts as well as participation in relevant trade fairs and events are also part of your tasks

Qualification: A successfully completed study in (economic) informatics, engineering or in a comparable area forms your basis Professional experience: You bring at least three years of professional experience in identifying, evaluating and implementing new technologies or in a related field of activity Technology understanding and programming knowledge: You have a profound understanding of current IT trends, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, as well as solid programming knowledge in different languages (e.g. Python, Java, ABAP, C#) to evaluate new technologies based on Working methods: Analytical thinking, a structured approach to technological challenges, as well as the ability to derive strategic recommendations and advance changes, characterize yourself Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English for exchange with international teams and partners complete your profile
