As OT (Operational Technology) Security & Business Process Expert (m/w/d) at Daimler Buses, you are part of the central OT Security instance and actively shape the group-wide security organization in the production environment. You work at the interface between CISO, IT, governance, digitalization and operations and ensure that global security requirements are systematically developed, rolled out and anchored in the plants. In close cooperation with the Business Information Security Officer (BISO), the local OT & Security coordinator:in the plants and cross-departmental interfaces, you develop methods, strategies and standards that are not only safe but compliant and sustainable. DESHALB PASST DU ZU UNS Completed degree in IT, automation technology, information security or comparable qualification Certifications such as COSTE (e.g. TÜV), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, GICSP, CISSP or comparable OT/IS references. Multiannual professional experience in the environment of OT systems or industrial safety in production Funded knowledge of OT Security standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and risk management (e.g. OT Risk Assessments, governance models) Experience in building and controlling central safety processes and standardization in industrial environments Embossed strategic and conceptual thinking as well as ability to develop scalable security architectures Experience in the technical control of international rollouts and cross-functional cooperation Safe handling of complex technical and organizational relationships as well as analytical and solution-oriented methods Communication strength at all hierarchical levels and sovereignty in the escalation and decision environment Joy of teamwork and cross-site cooperation High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and structured working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You're not bringing everything?
