Active cooperation in the manufacturing process, in particular when covering upholstery elements with leather and fabric covers as well as during assembly activities Support of team management in personnel deployment planning, capacity control and internal order coordination Ensuring material availability in close coordination with adjacent areas Participation in continuous improvement processes and implementation of occupational safety regulations Coordination with production control and quality assurance to ensure smooth processes Acquisition of administrative tasks such as printing of order documents, releases of materials and implementation of inventory

Completed training in technical or craftsmanship, ideally metal, wood or textile, alternatively multi-year experience in assembly or production Experience in the manufacturing environment and a good understanding of manufacturing processes Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP ERP knowledge of advantage Good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed quality and safety awareness as well as a structured working method Team orientation, sense of responsibility and willingness to take over perspective leadership tasks
