As Operations Specialist (m/w/d) in the area of Operational Services, you ensure the quality assurance and further development of our processes and ensure a uniform high standard at our locations Planning, coordination and evaluation of audits as well as store checks are your responsibility – including the continuous development of the corresponding formats and contents Based on audit, store check and customer feedback data Your results, compose meaningful reporting and take concrete measures to improve the location performance Support and further development of our audit and reporting systems as well as the structured documentation of relevant processes and content are your responsibility In close cooperation with internal teams and external partners, you ensure smooth implementation and continuous development of our Operational Services Processes
