Your tasks:

• acceptance of production orders according to the current Production control system incl. clarification of any open questions with the supervisor
• fitting of the machines, selection of the associated Material and Racks of the Machine
• Operation of all machines for rope production and finishing
• compliance and monitoring of the production process the requirements of the product specifications
• recording production data for continuous process and Data optimization
• Cooperation and implementation of LEAN actions/projects

Your profile:

• Understanding the valid production planning and CONWIP (Constant Work in Progress). It is continuously trained.
• Ability to quickly invent new processes
• Responsibility
• motivation, team skills and collegiality
• Flexibility
