Your responsibilities • You are the first point of contact for our patients – whether personal, telephone or digital – and make sure everyone feels good from the first moment • You co-ordinate appointments, care for the treatment plan and keep the everyday practice for 21 colleagues: in rhythm • You take responsibility for patient correspondence and administrative tasks • You work with Dampsoft and Sidexis – digital, paperless, efficient • You are the interface between patient:inside and treatment team and ensure smooth transfer
